Our Background

How We Started

Christopher founded Naperville College Prep in the summer of 2006 to help students with ACT and SAT test prep, and to offer consulting services for college applications and essays. Other services offered unfair prices and incomplete advice for students aiming for competitive colleges.

Why We're Here

NCP tutors prep current high-school students for the SAT and ACT and also offer college application advice. NCP pools test-taking knowledge from several sources including our tutors' individual experiences. We have knowledge we're happy to share with our students!

Our Tutors

Christopher

Christopher's Picture Christopher is the founder of NCP and currently attends Harvard College. He plans to graduate from Harvard in 2010 with both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in computer science. Christopher was also accepted to MIT and Caltech. While in high school, Christopher graduated as valedictorian, founded three science teams, and competed in the USA Math Olympiad. Christopher also scored a 36 on the ACT.

Ellen

Ellen's Picture Ellen graduated from IMSA in 2009 and will be attending Yale University in the fall. She was also accepted to MIT, Caltech, University of Chicago, and Duke. While at IMSA, she was an avid mathlete and also swam, played soccer, and was a member of Latin team. She loves linguistics, Romance languages, opera, theatre/drama, Europe, and Julius Caesar. She scored a 35 on her ACT

Angel

Angel's Picture Angel is a graduate of Naperville Central High School and plans to attend MIT in the fall. She was also accepted into University of Chicago and Caltech. In high school, Angel was captain of the Math Team, Science Olympiad, JETS, and WYSE teams her senior year. Over the summer she has conducted research at Michigan State University. She also plays piano and sketches as a hobby. Angel scored a 35 on her ACT.

Yi

Yi's Picture Yi currently attends the University of Chicago; he is majoring in biology or biochemistry. In high school he was captain of JETS and Science Olympiad for his senior year. His hobbies include reading fiction and drawing. Yi scored a 36 on the ACT.
